Anonymized casework
Stale HTML mirrors and FAQ excerpts drifted from the labeled source-of-truth. Retrieval systems cited conflicting dosage, policy, and usage language from the manufacturer’s own domain family.
Record
Admission chain
Multiple owned URLs presented overlapping policy and usage passages with different revision dates and conflicting quantitative statements. Structured metadata (where present) did not identify the labeling revision that authorized the text. Older PDF and FAQ mirrors remained indexable beside newer hubs.

Treat labeled content (SPL-aligned source-of-truth) as the only authority for policy and usage excerpts on owned sites. Every public excerpt must cite a revision id, expire or noindex superseded mirrors, and render from governed fragments rather than hand-edited HTML forks.
Mapped each public excerpt to a labeling revision id; rebuilt hubs to inject governed fragments; applied retirement rules (410/301/noindex) to superseded FAQs and PDFs; added visible “label revision / last reviewed” fields next to usage and policy blocks; blocked unpublished draft fragments from production templates.
For a frozen set of indication/policy queries against owned URLs, confirm only current revision text is returned in HTML; confirm retired mirrors are non-indexable or redirected; confirm on-page revision identifiers match the SoT register.
unavailable — withheld: pre/post URL status and robots/meta outcomes unavailable — withheld: revision-id reconciliation for sampled excerpts
On the verified URL set, conflicting superseded passages were retired or redirected, and remaining public excerpts carried matching labeling revision identifiers from the source-of-truth register.
Technical verification only — no efficacy, safety, prescribing, traffic, or citation-rate claims are published.
This page is not medical advice and does not reproduce labeled prescribing information. Client identity, product names, and raw artifacts are withheld. Regulatory submission systems and third-party health sites were out of scope. No claim that external answer engines dropped prior citations of retired mirrors. FDA SPL and Drugs@FDA references document industry data standards; they are not evidence of a specific client’s submission package.
