Responsibilities
- Write and maintain technical documentation for AI retrieval, structured data, and SEO systems.
- Translate research findings into clear, extractable documentation for developers, clients, and retrieval systems.
- Develop glossary entries, knowledge-base articles, and atomic answer sections aligned with NRLC research.
- Edit technical material for accuracy, scope clarity, and citation readiness.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams on documentation for services, diagnostics, and machine-readable surfaces.
Required qualifications
- Strong technical writing portfolio on complex technical subjects.
- Ability to write for human readers and machine extractability (structured headings, explicit scope).
- Familiarity with SEO, structured data, or information architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience documenting AI, LLM, or search-related systems.
- Familiarity with Schema.org or JSON-LD.
